Rita is a professional who blends the worlds of Marketing and Human Resources together. She is a multi-certified and multi-awarded career strategist fluent in English, French, and Arabic, providing a global perspective to her work. In 2023, she earned the prestigious title of Outstanding Career Leader from Career Professionals of Canada, a testament to her remarkable impact in the field. She is also a dynamic knowledge translator, contributing her expertise to the Imagine Institute for Learning. Rita is the author of books in French and English as well as an online course. She relocated from Lebanon to Canada in 2022, where she continues to excel in her career. In Lebanon, she not only weathered challenging economic conditions but also played a pivotal role in revamping HR departments, implementing talent acquisition programs, and driving organizational development. She was also a social activist and blogger, raising awareness and advocating for various causes. Beyond her professional pursuits, Rita actively contributes to her community through various volunteering efforts. She enjoys being outdoors with her family and expressing herself using various artistic mediums. Educationally, Rita holds both a Master’s degree and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, focused on Marketing from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik in Lebanon. A dedicated advocate for personal and professional growth, Rita is not just a skilled professional but a catalyst for change, guiding individuals and organizations toward success.
