Alicia has a wealth of experience, empowering adult professionals to build their capacities and excel in their fields, fostering growth and well-being.

Alicia brings with her over 10 years of hands-on experience, working as a Supervisor/Director of a childcare centre, where she seamlessly integrated her passion for supporting the needs of children and families, while mentoring educators with an unwavering dedication to recognize and ignite their potential. Alicia has become known for her ability to support the complex needs of understanding and supporting behaviours, understanding child and human development, and has truly honed her skills in mentoring professionals, and the art of cultivating an enriching environment for both children and educators.

Alicia understands the transformative power of knowledge and is dedicated to equipping professionals with the tools they need to make a positive difference in the lives of those they serve. Alicia is committed to raising awareness about the impact of adverse childhood experiences and trauma, recognizing the profound effect that knowledge can have on shaping positive outcomes, making a real difference in children's lives.

When Alicia is not facilitating training sessions or supporting the team, she finds joy in simple things like watching the sunset, connecting with nature, and time with loved ones.
