across multiple sectors, including private, retail, medical, government, and non-profit
organizations. Her multifaceted career includes roles such as Chiropractor Assistant,
Medical Office Administrator for a Podiatrist, PMI, and as Executive Assistant to the
Vice President of Human Resources. In the latter role, she played a key part in the management team during significant union negotiations. Lorae possesses a robust skill set that includes strong analytical abilities, effective staff and office management, event coordination, conflict resolution, and sales expertise. As a Training Manager, she ensures the efficient and friendly execution of operations, from updating training sessions on the website to managing customer inquiries, providing quotes, issuing
invoices, and coordinating schedules.
